DMCA Policy
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy applies to the "C++ Programming For Unreal Engine" website and its associated content. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly reported to us.
It is our policy to remove content that infringes the copyright rights of others and, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe your copyright-protected work has been posted on "C++ Programming For Unreal Engine" without authorization, you may submit a DMCA notice to us.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. - A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user who posted the material.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which "C++ Programming For Unreal Engine" may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will provide a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
